			Having 30 years of experience in the manufacturing of pressure vessels, UTON ensures their fabrication according to the customers specifications, meeting at the same time the requirements of the most important industrial norms: EN 13445, ASME, PED, AD-Merkblatt, BS, ISCIR.    The technical endowment and the highly skilled personnel allow the company to approach the fabrication of a wide variety of vessels, of different complexities.          The vessels are delivered completely equipped with gauges, measuring, control and safety devices. They are fabricated of one single piece up to 200 m³ and half mounted up to 60.000 m³. On the site assembly of the fabricated component parts is optionally provided. The main materials used are: rolled carbon or low alloy steel, fine grain steel, Mo or Cr-Mo alloyed steel, Cr-Ni or Cr-Ni-Mo stainless steel, duplex steel, cladded steel.           STORAGE TANKS, destined for storage or transport (by truck, rail, ship) of solid, liquid or gaseous substances, representing raw materials, intermediate or final products in a plant.    - Vertical cylindrical tanks for storage of oil products, inorganic substances etc. They also might be used as baffle tank for gaseous products (gasmeters).     - Horizontal cylindrical tanks    - LPG tanks destined for the storage and transport of liquified petroleum gases - ethane, butane, propane, propylene, liquified natural gases (LNG) - mainly methane - and also some liquified gases like ethylene, anhydrous ammonia, etc.    - ISO tank containers destined to transport liquid chemical products, liquified gases and oil products.        REACTORS, destined to achieve the chemical processes:    - Reaction chamber type reactors    - Reaction heater type reactor ;    - Reaction column type reactors;    - Heat exchanger type reactors

			UTON is one of the preferred suppliers of pump fabrications, especially pressure casings - discharge heads, cans, column pipes but also other ancillary components such as motor supports, base flanges, frames.

	Regenerator column Φ 1.100 mm x 23.500 mm   Stripping column Φ 1.900 mm x 33.700 mm 24.800 kg		Frequently met in the chemical and petrochemical industries, the column type apparatus are destined to the substance or mass transfer: absorption, disorption, chemosorption, rectification, extraction, adsorption.    UTON holds the experience in manufacturing the most frequently used columns types: with packing or trays. The main materials used for their construction are the carbon, stainless or cladded steels that are chosen on the operating conditions.    The column internals are essential in achieving the intended physical or physical-chemical processes, more precisely in creating and maximizing the contact surfaces between phases.    Regarding the first category of columns, beside the packing material, purchased from traditional suppliers, our specialists provide the following internals:    - plane or waved supports for packing;    - bed limiting grids;    - liquid redistribution devices;    - aspersing devices;

	For columns with trays, the internals are entirely executed in our own workshops where you can find specialized personnel and the necessary endowment for processing thin plates by cold forming. Most frequently manufactured types of trays are trough, valve, bubble caps, sieve trays.    At our customers’ request, there can be delivered trays as spare parts for columns operating in plants.
